class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El pasado 7 de junio de 2022, se ha dado a conocer a trav\u00e9s del Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n la nueva Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importaci\u00f3n y de Exportaci\u00f3n (LIGIE) por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En esta nueva ley, se incorporan los cambios se\u00f1alados en la 7ma enmienda del sistema armonizado por parte de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Aduana (OMA) misma que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de enero de 2022.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Como cada 5 a\u00f1os, la OMA ha sido la encargada de revisar y actualizar el sistema armonizado para establecer creaci\u00f3n, modificaci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de fracciones arancelarias.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a393f4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a393f4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 publicar\u00e1n 20 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Los nuevos NICO\u2019s y sus tablas de correlaci\u00f3n se publicar\u00e1n 40 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Las notas nacionales deber\u00e1n ser publicadas 60 d\u00edas naturales posteriores a la publicaci\u00f3nDentro de los 90 d\u00edas siguientes a la publicaci\u00f3n se deber\u00e1n actualizar los instrumentos jur\u00eddicos que se relacionen con la LIGIE.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Entrada en Vigor:<\/strong><\/p><p>La entrada en vigor de esta LIGIE ser\u00e1 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de que el SAT determine que los sistemas de comercio exterior se encuentran listos para trabajar con esta nueva LIGIE, para ello, el SAT cuenta con un plazo de 180 LIGIE 2020 y 2022 en el cual se enlistan todas las Fracciones Arancelarias que estaban vigentes hasta el d\u00eda previo a la publicaci\u00f3n de la LIGIE 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acaa668 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"
