class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda ha dado a conocer un comunicado de prensa No. 46 en el cual informa una suspensi\u00f3n de actividades en dos de sus \u00e1reas de atenci\u00f3n debido al aumento de casos de COVID-19.<\/p><p>En este mismo sentido, el d\u00eda de hoy 12 de agosto de 2021, fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el \u201cACUERDO POR EL QUE SE SUSPENDEN LAS ACTIVIDADES QUE SE INDICAN EN LA SECRETAR\u00cdA DE ECONOM\u00cdA, DERIVADO DEL INCREMENTO DE CASOS CONFIRMADOS DE PERSONAL QUE HA CONTRA\u00cdDO EL VIRUS SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19)\u201d, donde se da a conocer la suspensi\u00f3n de las actividades de dos direcciones dentro de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda<\/p><p>Los organismos afectados son:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Facilitaci\u00f3n Comercial y de Comercio Exterior<br \/><\/strong>Se suspenden actividades por 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Actividades relacionadas con IMMEX<\/li><li>Actividades relacionadas con PROSEC<\/li><li>Actividades relacionadas con DRAWBACK<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Fin de plazo: 27 de septiembre<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Unidad de Apoyo Jur\u00eddico<\/strong><br \/>Se suspenden actividades por 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Fin de plazo: 3 de septiembre<\/strong><\/p><p>Durante este periodo, los d\u00edas se considerar\u00e1n como inh\u00e1biles para todos los efectos legales, por lo que en ese periodo no correr\u00e1n los plazos de los tr\u00e1mites presentados previamente.<\/p><p>Por otro lado, los tr\u00e1mites que sean presentados durante este periodo comenzar\u00e1n sus plazos hasta que termine esta suspensi\u00f3n de \u00fanicamente para los casos se\u00f1alados previamente.<br><\/b><br>Todos los tr\u00e1mites que no correspondan a IMMEX, PROSEC y DRAWBACK continuaran con su plazo
