Seguridad sujetos al cumplimiento \nde la NOM-119-SCFI-2000 en el punto de entrada al pa\u00eds.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d484ee1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d484ee1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El pasado 27 de abril, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Normas de la DGFCCE de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, dio a conocer el oficio 414.2021.2198 en el cual se resolvi\u00f3 que al no contar con ning\u00fan organismo de certificaci\u00f3n acreditado y aprobado o en proceso de acreditaci\u00f3n para evaluar la NOM-119-SCFI-2000, seguir\u00e1 sin exigirse el cumplimiento de dicha NOM en el punto de entrada al pa\u00eds.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><a title=\"Oficio 414.2021.2198\" href=\"https:\/\/merkai.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/414.2021.2198.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Consulta aqu\u00ed el oficio 414.2021.2198<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>De la misma manera, el pasado 2 de mayo, la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda dio a conocer el Bolet\u00edn B.SNICE 008\/2021 a trav\u00e9s del portal de SNICE, en el cual se detalla:<\/p><p>De acuerdo con el Ap\u00e9ndice 9 \u201cRegulaciones y Restricciones no Arancelarias\u201d del Anexo 22 de las RGCE, los importadores de Cinturones de Seguridad deber\u00e1n declarar en el pedimento la clave <strong>\u201cNM\u201d<\/strong> y el campo de folio del certificado el n\u00famero de oficio <strong>\u201c414.2021.2198\u201d. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>La resoluci\u00f3n tiene vigencia de un a\u00f1o, a partir del 2 de mayo de 2021.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a
